Readiness for a smaller business
Smaller firms do not need a transformation programme. They need one process that wastes hours — often intake, scheduling, quoting, or invoicing. We spend a short, fixed engagement on how that work actually happens, whether it is consistent enough to hand to software, and what would tell you a change had helped. Tidying the process comes before the agent. If the honest answer is not yet, that is what we write down.
Based in Glasgow, working with smaller businesses and growing teams across the UK. We start from the process you already run, and we will say if an agent is the wrong next step.
Book an auditWhat’s included · 5

Who this is for
Owners and operators of smaller businesses who are curious about AI and wary of being sold a platform. You want to know if it is worth it for one concrete process.
- Firms whose admin piles up around enquiries, bookings, quotes, or invoices
- Owners who have tried a general chatbot and cannot point to a single hour it saved
- Teams that know the process is messy and want that said plainly before any build
- Anyone who wants a recommendation they can take to a different supplier
What you get out of it
- A decision you can make without us
- Money not spent on a pilot that was never going to fit
- A process map your own team can keep
- A metric agreed while the work is still visible, if you do go ahead
Common questions
- What if we are not ready?
- Then the audit says so, and you stop. That is a real outcome. Standardising the process is the work that has to happen first, and we will not sell you an agent to paper over it.
- Do you need access to our systems?
- Enough to see how the work actually moves — who touches it, in which tool, and where it waits. We agree that access up front. We do not need a blank token to the whole company.
- Is this only for large companies?
- No. The useful starting point for a smaller firm is one ordinary process, not a programme. If that process is not worth changing, we say so.
