These terms cover the website. Project work is governed by the SOW or MSA we agree with you in writing.
Services
Revli Limited provides AI development, hands-on consulting, and improvements to existing business processes. All engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) agreed in writing prior to commencement.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created by Revli Limited for a client project transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment for that project.
Payment terms
Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
Limitation of liability
Revli Limited’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
