From pilot to production

A demo that never becomes how the work is done has not delivered anything. We take one workflow, agree the number that has to move, and build only what that number needs. Production means the team uses it on a normal day, failures are visible, and someone owns what happens when it is wrong. After launch we review the baseline. We will not quote you a return we have not measured on your work.

Based in Glasgow, working with smaller businesses and growing teams across the UK. We start from the process you already run, and we will say if an agent is the wrong next step.

Book an audit

What’s included · 5

  • 01 A metric and a target written down before the build
  • 02 A rollout into the working day, not a side demo
  • 03 Failure handling and a named fallback
  • 04 A review of the number against the baseline
  • 05 The next workflow only after this one holds

Who this is for

Teams that have already seen a demo, or run a small experiment, and now need it to survive contact with a normal week. You want a measured outcome, not another proof of concept.

  • Leaders who have spent money on AI and have nothing they can point to yet
  • Teams whose experiment lives in one person’s account and stops when they are away
  • Operators who need the workflow to fail visibly, not silently
  • Buyers who want the measurement designed in, rather than asserted afterwards

What you get out of it

  • A result you can attribute to this change
  • Less time stuck in an endless pilot
  • The team knows what “good” was before we started
  • An honest report if the number did not move

Common questions

How do you measure whether it worked?
A baseline on the specific workflow, taken before we build. The metric and the target are agreed in writing at the start, so neither of us can move them later. We report against that, including when it has not moved.
What if the number does not move?
We say so. A practice that can only report success is not measuring anything. We then stop, change the design, or leave it — whichever the evidence supports.
How long does a pilot last?
As long as the written scope says, and no longer by default. The aim is to leave the pilot: the team using it on a normal day, with someone accountable when it is wrong. We agree that length before we start.

Tell us the process

Describe the workflow and the tools it already lives in. We reply within one working day, including when an audit is not the right next step.
